All actuators are engineered for precision, reliability, and long service life.
The actuator springs are made from high-strength alloy steel, capable of over one million cycles, ensuring excellent durability and repeatability.
The diaphragm is composed of synthetic rubber reinforced with a fabric layer, offering optimal elasticity, tensile strength, and responsiveness for sensitive and precise control.
In cylinder-type actuators, sealing is achieved through a combination of: Guide seals, which ensure stable linear and rotary motion support Main seals, which effectively prevent fluid leakage.
This configuration contributes to the high reliability and extended lifespan of the actuator, even in demanding operating conditions.
In addition to pneumatic options, electric and hydraulic actuators can be applied based on customer specifications or system requirements.
