FB-2, 300# 316L SS Ball Control Valve with V50 Actuator
Model FB & TB Series, Ball Control Valves
The Valution FB & TB Series are high-performance ball control valves engineered with a traditional straight-through flow path, designed to minimize both pipeline pressure loss and internal valve pressure drop.
These valves feature a concentric rotary design with a true spherical ball and a streamlined internal passage that reduces dead zones, thereby minimizing wear and maximizing control accuracy.

Both models are constructed with a concentric trim structure and a simple, efficient internal flow design, making them suitable not only for clean media, but also for corrosive and slurry applications requiring high durability and stable control performance.
Due to the nature of the concentric disc structure, the FB and TB valves exhibit an inherent Quick-Open flow characteristic, making them particularly ideal for on-off service in demanding process conditions.
Depending on the sealing requirements, metal or soft seats can be applied, supporting compliance with ANSI/FCI 70-2 leakage classes IV, V, and VI.
The straight-through body structure ensures minimal flow resistance, while providing ample space around the trim for optimized flow dynamics and easy maintenance.
The FB & TB Series support a wide range of actuator types, including: Pneumatic cylinders, Electric motor actuators.
These valves are primarily designed for on-off control applications and are compatible with a variety of auxiliary control devices, including: Solenoid valves, Limit switches, ESS smart positioners with HART communication protocol and etc.
