Model DV & TV & LV Series, Butterfly Control Valves

The Valution DV & TV & LV series are high-performance butterfly control valves designed to deliver precise modulation, even under fine signal fluctuations. The valve design minimizes the contact area between the disc/stem and the seat/body during rotation, reducing wear and improving control accuracy.

These valves has a concentric and double or triple eccentric trim structures with a streamlined internal flow path. This configuration provides superior performance in clean service conditions, while also offering excellent durability and flow control in corrosive and slurry applications.

Due to the nature of the eccentric disc design, the valves inherently deliver a non-linear, S-shaped flow curve, ideal for modulating control in demanding process environments.
Seat options include both metal and soft-seated configurations, supporting compliance with ANSI/FCI 70-2 leakage classes IV, V, and VI, based on the sealing requirements of the application.
The straight-through body design ensures low flow resistance and provides sufficient clearance around the trim for improved flow dynamics and maintenance access.

The DV & TV & LV series support a wide range of actuator types, including: Spring-diaphragm actuators, Pneumatic cylinders, Electric motor actuators.

These valves are primarily designed for modulating service, and are compatible with: Conventional E/P positioners, Smart positioners, HART communication protocols.
