Model GL Series, Globe Control Valves
The Valution GL Series is engineered with a traditional Globe-type flow path design that features a high pressure recovery coefficient (FL factor), ensuring efficient operation.
The series offers various configurations based on body structure, including single-seated unbalanced, cage balanced, double-seated, 3-way, and angle pattern types.
The trim design options include unbalanced types with a built-in contoured plug trim, cage balanced types with a cylindrical plug trim, multi-hole trims, and disk stack trims featuring a grid-shaped labyrinth flow path.
This model is capable of achieving EQ-%, linear, and modified-% flow characteristics when equipped with a contoured plug or cage window trim design.
Thanks to its streamlined S-shaped body structure, the GL Series provides minimal fluid resistance while offering ample space around the trim for smooth flow dynamics.
The series supports a range of actuators, including spring-diaphragm, cylinder, and electric motor types.
Additionally, it is compatible with conventional E/P, smart, and HART positioners for advanced control.
